Castlegregory House is a new build residence in an off street courtyard, centrally located in
Castlegregory Village on the Dingle peninsula in West Kerry.
Castlegregory House has three bedrooms - main double bedroom en suite with electric pumped
shower, second bedroom with a double and single bed and the third bedroom with single size
bunkbeds. The kitchen is fully fitted out with all modern conveniences including electric hob
and oven, condenser dryer, washing machine, and microwave. In the sitting room there is Irish
and free to air channels on a 32" flat screen TV and a DVD/CD player. The house is heated by oil
fire central heating.
Castlegregory House is located only minutes away from the nearest beach, dining, shops, church
and pubs in the village. The Maharees Peninsula is a short drive away, famous for windsurfing
and water sports.

The house is located 20 minutes drive from Tralee town where a wide range of activities are available
for the tourist, e.g. national folk theatre, omniplex cinema, Aquadome, steam locomotive and many
more.
The house is situated 14 miles along the Dingle Peninsula from Tralee which stretches for some 48km
westward from Tralee town. The Dingle Peninsula has more interesting antiquities, historic sites and
varied mountain scenery than any other part of Ireland.

How To Get Here
From Tralee travel on the N86 also signposted 'An Daingean' for approximately 10 miles passing
through 'Blennerville'. Veer right at fork on road at 'Camp'. Continue for approximately 5 miles
until you arrive at the turn off (right) for Castlegregory (sign posted and note grotto on corner).
Take turn for Castlegregory Village. On entering the village continue to the first crossroads and
turn left. Continue to the top of this road until you meet the next crossroads. The Church will
be located on your left. Turn right at this crossroads onto the Forge Road. Then take the first
left into the courtyard. The house is straight ahead of you as you enter.
